BEHIND THE SCENES

Have you ever wondered what an employer's process is for On-Campus Interviews? Just like a student looking for the best job, employers are looking for the best candidate. First, employers must request to interview with us and choose whether to have open or preselect interviews.

  • Open: More hands-off for the employer. Candidates can sign up for slots if they meet the pre-set qualifications.
  • Preselect: Employers select primary and alternate candidates. Primary candidates are allowed to sign up before alternate candidates.

Once approved, they'll start receiving applicants and can then manage their applicants if they've opted for a preselect interview schedule.
